I decided to start watching “V” and I’m so happy to see Firefly’s Morena Baccarin reprise her role as “diplomatic hottie from space”, but there’s something about her complexion, visible nostrils, and lip curls that really reminds me of Jeff Goldblum. So here they are, juxtaposed. The funny thing about sketching with a Wacom on a 2005 eMac is that you can’t see your sketch lines or hatch marks in Photoshop for about 2 seconds after you make them. So you’re sketching by feel. It’s a fun warm up!

The one on the right turned out kinda milquetoast / “blue steel”. Whoops!
Airport time combined with Christmas excitement caused adolescent subversion upon boarding pass. Christmas was amazing. I received an AeroPress and recorded this short demonstration to explain to my dad just what the heck it does.
I also received a Fisheye One lomo camera from Jinah and took this picture of Big Kitty sunbathing. The simplicity of point and shoot with zero settings is mindblowingly refreshing.
Then we decided to have a last-minute New Years Eve party, and I stayed up until 5am whipping up this quick flyer.
